Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery unless a specific ship date is
requested. Packages are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery charge is 10% of subtotal.

Sales Tax
We collect a sales tax of 5% for all Virginia residents.

Gift Orders
With any gift order we will be happy to gift wrap and print your message on a gift card. Please click on the "Special Instructions" link and request this when placing your order.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome exchange or return it for a refund or credit (excluding shipping). Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be made after 30 days but no later than 60 days. All glassware must be returned in original condition. As a courtesy please notify us prior to any return or exchange via e-mail. Please mail package in a secure box with appropriate packing to avoid damage during transit.
