Is the glassware dishwasher safe?
The glassware is painted with non-toxic paint which is fired onto the glass and is dishwasher safe. Hand washing of stemware is recommended due to the delicate nature of the glass itself.

Can I order custom colors?
Sorry, we cannot accommodate custom color orders. Some of the designs are available in different color combinations which can be special ordered.

Can stemware be ordered individually?
If you are ordering an individual glass due to breakage, we are happy to sell you a replacement, but normally the stemware is sold in sets of 4 and 6.

Are there any other stemware pieces available?
Balloon goblets, champagne flutes, sugar and creamer sets, cordials, and footed dessert bowls are available by special order.

Do you gift wrap?
With any gift order we will be happy to gift wrap and print your message on a gift card. Please click on the "Special Instructions" link and request this when placing your order.

Do you ship out of the United States?
We ship only within the United States.
